Kitfo is a dish made from minced raw beef, seasoned with spices and clarified butter. And finally Tibs, Sautéed meat (usually beef or lamb) with vegetables and spices.

The traditional Ethiopian Ceremony will blow your mind. Abyssinia offers guests the chance to experience the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, which is an integral part of Ethiopian culture and hospitality.
